Erik T.

ERIK T. has been painting and drawing since childhood. He works with various mediums such as paint, printmaking, perler beads, crayons and photography.

Erik’s work showcases his love for shapes and colors. His style is fast and focused; his brushstrokes seem to flow out of him. Erik has a unique ability to blend rich and subtle colors with plain and bright ones, creating work that is dramatic and vivid. True to his concentrated style, he usually works on one piece at a time, completing his work in one sitting.

His drawings are brightly colored and more representative of what he observes in the community, including houses, people, flowers and trees. Erik has a great feel for the camera – his height helps him see things from a different perspective.

Other than visual art, Erik enjoys music and playing the drums.
