From Yvette… “The WAE to Sell class was conceived as a prevocational job experience for our artist members who were participating in online learning. This class focuses on learning ways to create passive income by having the artist’s artwork featured in collections used on products through a print-on-demand online store. Redbubble was chosen for its ease of use and its broad marketing strategy. We began this class, in the mist of Covid 19, to find a way to create a meaningful prevocational remote learning opportunity. Kristen and Hiyas have worked nearly a year and have learned so much about the business of print on demand. This class series still has a way to go as we begin the next steps in making the store live to the public. Until now this has been a learning experience in the online classroom. When we go live Kristen and Hiyas will learn to manage the store, keep track of sales, and self-promotion. We hope this class will grow with more of our members taking part to learn about entrepreneurship and to experience the pride of running a small business.”
